## The Challenge The client had no dedicated database or data warehouse. All data was sourced from third-party SaaS systems and loaded in-memory for real-time reporting queries. Debugging a single reporting error took days of effort. Every report render was a performance risk. > "We were flying blind — each report was a prayer that nothing had changed upstream." ## What Vitana Built Vitana designed and built an end-to-end data pipeline with a Snowflake data warehouse deployed on the client's own infrastructure. Data was brought fully in-house — owned by the client — with clean structured data layers for fast reporting and full observability.
